#TheBachelor @benhiggi – #BenBeccable @chrisbharrision

I was all convinced at some point Olivia would be one of the top two but I think between episodes 1 and 2, I changed my mind. Now watching episode three, I’m would be surprised if Olivia receives a rose at the end of this.

Four weeks in and she’s calling Ben her husband and how she’s in love with him that’s “her man”, “Ben and Zen” I’m not sure how many more shit she can come up with, that is after Chris Harrison announces Ben is no long in Los Angels but rather in Las Vegas (my future home).

As soon as they realize they are going, she’s instigating she’s going to whisper to him, she wants to see Celine. She’s funny.

Needless to say, once the ladies arrive in Vegas, the first date card also arrives in their hotel room at the beautiful Aria Hotel (was there in 2014 truly beautiful hotel), and JoJo is on this particular one and one.

When Ben picked her up as they waited for the helicopter and the girls became jealous but then laughed when the helicopter landed and the force of the propellers knocked the table and champagne down from the table BUT walked away when Ben took advantage of the moment and kissed JoJo. Now that was pretty cool.

During the one on one, it seemed the conversation between Ben and JoJo was truncated. What exactly the story with JoJo and her last relationship. Why did it sound like she was having an affair? I mean no offense, we’re all grown here, aren’t we and shit happens, however, it would make sense she would discuss a relationship to make a conversation flow for the cameras and before you know it, Ben is offering a rose. Okay. Great.

The night ended with one more surprise after he gave the rose to JoJo, the fireworks above the Aria hotel began to spark when the girls inside their room heard the fireworks but could not see them (Ben and JoJo’s date were at the MGM Grand – great hotel too) of course had a clearest view of the fireworks.

JoJo one point, Olivia zero.

#TheBachelor @benhiggi

Here we are~ A New Year has just begun and ABC wastes no time in premiering the Bachelor Ben Higgins from the Kaitlyn season. Surprisingly Ben was one of the last men standing (not sure why) there seemed to be a lack of personality there and with all the good looking men who were in her season, why choose Ben?

Anyway, I’m trying something new. I weaned myself off cable and no longer have the opportunity to watch live television. With an array of streaming applications where you can watch all of your favorite shows on your own time, I have to say, it sucks just a little bit.

I’m not able to catch up on the Housewives because Bravo hasn’t gotten with the programming of steaming unless you want to watch last season’s bullshit and who wants to blog about something that happened last year? Bye Felicia.

As always the intro starts off with shades of love on the water, in a boat, on some kind of a warm island, or on some kind of ride, followed by tears of women who barely know him or claiming they put their whole life on hold, yada yada yada. Oh lest not forget the “bitch” or “evil doer” of the show, “he’s my husband, he just hasn’t figure it out yet” type…..and the one who has a panic attack and guess what she won’t need the paramedics all she will need is Ben to sweep her off her feet. #Pathetic

Ben’s background, simple, from Warsaw, Indiana, small town where everyone knows each other, probably some Christian town…blah and on top of that he can’t find anyone from his own town?

Ben has this fake and mediocre conversation with his parents who have been together for the last thirty five years. One of the main topics discussed was Ben’s fears of being unlovable, which was something he bought up in the Kaitlyn season.

Hey Ben, try being my age and still not finding someone decent to have simple conversations with, without pulling teeth or begging for affection. Believe me you will find someone to love before I do. LOL.

Now with the Bachelor family growing, it seems they invite other Bachelors to “advise” on how to deal with this type of “reality” situation.

Who do they bring back? Farmer Chris Soules (who broke up with his self centered girlfriend Whitney Bischoff), Jason Mesnick who at the end picked Melissa the one he really didn’t want over Molly but I guess to make the producers happy he gave them what they wanted. However in the reunion he told Melissa he was not the least bit interested in her and asked for Molly back. (What a happy reunion). Sean Lowe who married Catherine, discussed how he fell in love with her towards the end of the show (which was true). My question was why Farmer Chris was there. Clearly he picked the wrong woman. I don’t think their relationship lasted more than a week. (of course I’m being sarcastic) but if you recall, he had more of a relationship with Brit while the other girls were just hanging out watching this relationship flourish before them. #Confused

This girl is cRaZY!

The Bachelorette E5 – Goodbye to Clint and Hello to Nick V. @KaitlynBristowe @chrisbharrison

IMG_8921The producers have learned a long time ago that just having one person courting a bunch of suitors or in the case bachelors just wasn’t enough. So why not turn up the heat by bringing in past bachelors into the fold of current suitors.

In this lovely episode of the Bachelorette, the episode picks up where it left off last week with Clint being confronted about his attitude after he feed a bunch of lies to Kaitlyn telling her that his sole intention was to be with her when he blandly told JJ (who also needs to go) that he just wanted a rose.

I think for the next season whoever the Bachelor/Bachelorette is, the producers should find people at least two of them where they are not into the them at all and solely there for camera time.

Oh wait, that’s already happening. Scratch that idea. Stupid me.

Anyway, so here’s this little skinny woman confronting this buff man on how he needs to go because there’s nothing left to say in regards to anything that will transpire between them. Doesn’t Clint remind you of someone that ended up having a date with himself in Bachelor Paradise, Kalon McMahon. He was the one Emily Maynard cursed out due to his baggage comment referring to Emily’s daughter.

Part of me felt it sucked to see Clint go. I was truly enjoying that relationship he and JJ were developing and it would have been nice to see the Bachelorette on a flip side of things.

I mean what man has cried on any season of the Bachelor for another man. He was in tears and couldn’t even talk. And after folding over in his tears he got up and smacked himself in the face (yes smacked himself hard) and told said out loud to himself to pull himself together.

After the commercial break, Kaityln begins her speech on another night of drama and without finishing her speech she pulls Chris Harrison aside to ask him if she can talk to him for a minute. I was pretty sure at the point that she was not going to have a rose ceremony and when she came back, my best guess was correct as she opt of sending anyone home.

I have to say, while she was talking to  C.H., Ian who hasn’t really gotten any time with her began asking all the guys who had time with her and how it was unfair those who didn’t get a rose should have fair game to spend time with her and assure themselves still in the running for Kaityln’s heart.

So even though no roses were handed out and everyone was safe, no one was really happy because that meant they were still dealing with JJ who insists he was not here for a man but here for a girlfriend. Okay…JJ, whatever you say. Sooner or later, you can’t deny who you truly are inside. Be free, my son, be free!

And with the C.H. announces to all the men to pack their bags as they are leaving the mansion forever and the next trip in their journey to find love will be in New York City.

The next day the group of men happily waits for the date card as they check out their hotel room in the heart of New York, Times Square. Shawn who’s confident that he and Kaitlyn have something special (also I think he’s the one that will be the man standing in the end) was excited to pursue the prospect of being with her and spending more time together.

The date card arrives for the first group date in New York is as follows: Jonathon, Justin, Ben Z., Corey, Ryan, Tanner, JJ, Shawn. “Let’s keep our love fresh”

Yet another date where the guys get a chance to make fools of themselves by rapping and walks in Doug E. Fresh (….Let’s keep our love “fresh”).

Everyone makes a choice of who they are going to battle, with Doug E. Fresh being a mentor. Really now, you can’t expect for any of these guys, where rapping is truly an art form, to rap within five minutes and be ready to battle it out in front of a live audience.

But…this is The Bachelor where the never ending ways of making a fool out of everyone is the goal.

In the back of the room, the camera pans to Nick V. and Ashley from last season, remember she was the virgin who left hysterical crying after Farmer Chris ditched her and Kelsey in Deadwood, SD. (It was pretty funny).

I have to say boy was Kaitlyn giddy when she met Nick for the first time. It was almost as if we forgot how the guys just made fools of themselves rapping, that Doug E. Fresh was their mentor, where did all that go? It was the Nick V. and Kaitlyn show.

Was love unfolding or pure lust? Remember that when all these bachelor/bachelorette people come together in their parties, etc. who knows who they are meeting and bedding at the same time. It’s one big orgy.

While Kaitlyn takes the time out to talk to Nick and find out why he’s there, he admits that he wanted to meet her and then the big question, “how long are you here”, and Nick replies, “well that’s up to you, isn’t it”.

Talk about awkwardness. Hello, hello, think Kaitlyn, think…..you’re the Bachelorette.  You have the guys downstairs waiting for you.

After spending a bit of time with Nick, it seems “reality” strikes, “hey I’m a group date, Kaitlyn tells Nick she needs to think about it over night.

Boy oh boy that Nick is a charmer. If I were Kaitlyn, I would have bought him down on the group date and rapped to all the guys, here’s Nick V from Andi sea….

I’m not going there.

Moving on.

When Nick was interviewed he said that last season was extraordinary but not that much fun. I guess that’s another way of saying that Andi was a bore in bed…makes me wonder why it didn’t work out with Josh.

Back on Entertainment Cruises, as the guys approach, here is Kaitlyn still stuck in the Nick mode and it’s clear she’s different now that Nick has shown his face to be part of the game and Kaitlyn does admit she’s interested in having Nick there with the guys.

It’s funny how all the guys had something negative to say about Nick throwing Andi under the bus saying they slept together.  Look shit happens, I mean really? Does anyone think that anyone going in the fantasy suite doesn’t do anything whether they kiss and tell or not.

And even after Kaitlyn admits to the guys that she wants to bring Nick, here is Nick waiting for her on the boat, waiting with open arms and a kiss in tow. If anyone thinks Nick is going home, think again. I think I felt that kiss through the television screen!

Back at the hotel the date card arrives and Jared gets the one on one date. The guys still on the boat, Kaitlyn comes back after spending her one on one time with Nick she gives the group date rose to Justin, leaving Tanner to comment that it was probably the least meaningful rose in the history of the Bachelor. Really Tanner? Where is your one on one date card?

The next day after much sleep and thought, Kaitlyn called Nick to set up a meeting so she can make a choice on what she decided to do and while she said after a month of being with these guys and claiming to have serious feelings for them (one month people), she met up with Ashley from Farmer Chris season while getting her hair done to discuss her feelings with Nick…while Ashley says that it may be lust, I didn’t think that was sound advice.

Needless to say bypassing all the stupid drama with the cab ride and Kailtyn walking to 6th and B to meet Nick, Kailtyn made her decision and decided to keep Nick.

I was not surprised by her choice. Look at how giddy she was when she first met him.

Anyone feel like the one on one date with Jared was a yawner. I was feeling like I wanted more Nick and Kaitlyn.  Oh but we had to put the promos in for The Met and Neal Lane jewelry. It’s funny how they showed Jared running his mouth and how they made it seem like Kaitlyn’s mind somewhere else and I’m sure it was. Jared seems like a really sweet guy but he’s definitely not the one for Kaitlyn and I don’t see him as one of the top four.

Back at the hotel, the guys can’t seem to let go of the fact that Nick is going to be part of the group as the date card arrives the next group date is as follows: Ian, Chris (Cupcake), Joe, Joshua and Ben H. The clue is, “Let’s play”.

Notice who keeps going on the group date and who gets the one on one date.

Back at The Met, Kaitlyn who seems back in the game, gives Jared a rose….I feel this is a date with a brother and sister…it just doesn’t mesh well at all. The date ends in a helicopter ride, so easy to fall in love huh…

The next day after the one on one with Jared, Kaitlyn stops by the guys room to tell them that she’s decided to keep Nick and that he will be moving in that night. This didn’t sit well with the guys at all and that he’s going to be part of the rose ceremony. I think if anyone thinks that Nick is taking away a rose from them, I have news, I don’t see Ian moving forward in this episode.

The group date was another promotion of the play Aladin where the guys had to do an audition and appear in the play later on that night.

cupcake aladinAnother clownish performance with the biggest clown being Cupckae Chris (no surprise there) and guess who got the part while all the guys went back to the hotel. Yep, you guessed it, Cupcake Chris. Joshua’s point about how Cupcake Chris behaved during the audition if he did that he would’ve gotten beat up when he got home. Very funny! Thankfully they did not have to sing, because if I were in that audience and bought a ticket I would want my money back immediately.  The guys were watching with Kailtyn and Cupcake to do their part in the play, they realized all of the audition was basically a waste of time. There could have been better things to do but I keep forgetting this is a promotional item.

While Cupcake and Kaitlyn were in the dressing room waiting for their call, Chris is pushing himself on her when he said, “gimmie kiss”….Gimmie kiss? UGH.

I can tell she only did it just to do it and then go away. She was more excited being on the stage and that was it.  Even after their five seconds on the stage while he kept pressing his dry lips on her she turned her head away like no more.

Back at the hotel, the guys are waiting for Nick to show up while complaining as to why he’s there. He’s there because Kaitlyn has interest in him and they just don’t seem to get that.

Sadly the cupcake got a rose.

And Nick got on the elevator off to the lions den…

#TheBacholerette @kaitlynbristowe @chrisbharrison – E3 Kupah Stupah

abc_bachelor_katilyn_jc_150227_16x9_992In any of the seasons of the Bachelor or Bachelorette, you will find if not one but a few of the contenders not only seeking love but seeking camera time. In this case Kupah which I will discuss towards the end of his idiotic episode.

The episode started off with Chris Harrison catching up with Kaityln in being the new bachelorette.

Date Card: Daniel, Justin, Jarod, Cory, Tanner, Kupah, Ben H. and Ben Z. date card reads, “I see this ending with a ring” – makes me wonder who’s really writing these date cards, being they reflect the date and how much input does Kaitlyn have on the setting up of the dates.

So the first group date has to do with sparring. I’m sure that everyone has signed a disclosure that they don’t plan on suing the Bachelor Production people and ABC executives in the event they get hurt. I mean thankfully no one has ever been killed with their dumb dare devil stunts and kissing in the middle of the air, just to catch a fucking moment on camera.

Anyway…back to the show.

Before the group card arrived most of the men were discussing who they had initially chosen Britt. One of them of Jonathon, if you recall his intro he was gun-ho about meeting Britt and in his mind seemed to be shacking up with her and having her be a mom to his kid, in Detroit, no less. I can’t see anyone leaving sunny weather 365 for cold seasons.

Tony, was another one who picked Britt, but I think we can safely say that we can’t take Tony seriously. The man introduced himself to both Britt and Kaitlyn telling them the same exact thing. Words like that can’t be taken seriously by someone who behaves like a Guru. I don’t think a Guru behaves this way.

Kupah voted for Britt and we can see that he’s there just for camera time and not really for anything else.

Here’s my whole thing, how can a man have a connection with one woman, vote for her and then realize that she’s not the one he voted for, why would he stay? Well it’s the Bachelorette and if you get a chance to show face on television, why not? I highly doubt with Kupah’s ending that he would be the next Bachelor.

Cut to Britt at the hotel room, calling her mom and crying her eyes out, due to the fact that she was not chosen as the Bachelorette. As she ended her call, there’s knock on the door and there stands Brady, who left the night before after he told Kaitlyn that his heart left with the woman who left a few hours before. Curious to see where this goes….

So the group date begins what seems to be a destination of a boxing club where everyone would be getting a lesson from the one and only Laila Ali. Was that googaly eyes Kupah made at Laila?

While everyone was in their training zone, some guys took some time out to talk to Kaitlyn one and one while Kupah was out practicing his boxing because that was way more important.

After practice, Laila spills the beans that they will be boxing each other.

kaitlyn-2-2The boxing match begins with Ben Z. and Daniel and sadly after Ben Z. threw punch after punch at Daniel the towel gets thrown in and the fight it over. One point for Ben Z.

The next match was with Corey and Justin and Justin and then cut to Ben H. and Jared and Jared was not playing at all. He dropped Ben H. like a sack of candy.

When Tanner and Kupah got into the ring it lasted but all of thirty seconds before the towel was thrown in. I guess Kupah missed out on showing off all those moves he was working on before.

Since Ben Z. was the was the top contender he fought with Corey and won that round. Kupah who won, fought with Jared and surprisingly Jared won that round.

It came down to Jared and Ben Z. which left Jared not all together and as much as he wanted to savor his manhood and begging to see Kailtyn, his next stop was the hospital.

When they’re out lounging and having drinks, Kaitlyn mentions that her mind is more on Jared. Jared is kind of cute and Ben Z. even though he’s cute, he just seems to be a guy that a woman would have to worry about being faithful.

He did share about his mom’s passing when he was fourteen.

Justin shared about his son Aurelius….(“strong name”, Kaitlyn says), more like what kind of name is that for a child?

As she spoke to each one, the object of this segment of who’s getting the rose on the first date and while she’s having a conversation with Daniel, she gets a note that says, “come downstairs right now I need to see you”, we all know it’s Jared.

jarerd kissing kaitlynAfter taking a brief walk and he was telling her he was feeling really good, he steps in for a kiss. As cute as Jared is, he looks like he kisses like a fish.

As it was no surprise, Ben Z. gets the rose on the group date and gives him a kiss after her lips were just plastered all over Jared the fish. Kailtyn sure she saw fireworks? I have seen better kissing on Days of Our Lives.

The date card arrives for the one on one date and the first date goes to Clint.

Now this date was pretty cool. It was underwater shoots where they incorporated art in photography and the pictures came out flawless.

Tony who found out the group date had to do with sparring was disgusted and gave his analogy about love. It’s selfless, love is giving, being present, connection, discussions, possibilities, ideas and dreams, you should not fight for love. Really Tony? Then why are you there?

The next date card arrives and reads: JJ, Jonathon, Joshua, Chris, Ian, Joe and Tony and of course another horror of a group date where everyone makes asses of themselves trying to be a comedian. But this gives a chance for the ABC executives to invite celebrities to endorse themselves.

the-bachelorette-premiere-still-14While Tony is, elated, for lack of a better word to describe his demeanor, that Kaityln does know he exists, as he was talking to Justin he asked if Kaitlyn was supportive and Corey says yes and then Tony says,…”it’s great to know that Britt is supportive….”

Justin, “you said Britt”

Anyone watching this, did you roll your eyes at Tony’s stupidity?

Fast forward to the guys writing and practicing and insulting true comedians around the world, let’s get to Tony who spoke about….zzzzz

Certainly I won’t bore my readers with the details.

But yes the reason why Tony is here is to find love because he’s been training for this his whole life. The one on one was even creepier. Discussions about combination lock and she’s not a key turner and what they can create together….believe me when I tell you that conversation did not end with a kiss at all.

2912D20C00000578-3096907-image-m-25_1432616129357But her one on one with JJ seemed to have a stronger connection and he received the rose for the night.  Unfortunately, Joe’s make out session with throwing up Kaitlyn against the wall didn’t garner him a rose. However, it seems for JJ this is just a game and not much of anything else. It’s no wonder why he has a child and no woman by his side raising her.

And now for the rose ceremony and why Kupah is Stupah.

While everyone came a consensus to give the guys who didn’t have a date this week to get a chance to talk to Kaitlyn, JJ decided he was not going to join in and only out for himself, even while donning the rose on his jacket.

Shawn B, who didn’t get a date, to me, is one of the big contenders to be the last guy standing.  JJ definitely doesn’t have a chance. Sooner or later his true colors will come out.

Ian used the desperate card by begging for a rose in throwing some kisses over her way.

Kupah confronted JJ about his scandalous attitude, but he also questioned Kaitlyn on where she’s at and why he is there.

Their conversation didn’t start off well. I got the impression that Kaitlyn had no intention of giving Kupah a rose due to the fact at the boxing practice that he was more into Laila then he was into her. Let’s not forget Kupah voted for Britt, and he really had no intentions of really getting to know Kaitlyn. This was all about camera time for him.

Even after Kaitlyn told him before this talk she did feel a connection, their present conversation now has been a page turner, Kupah threw in compliments that were unnecessary trying to salvage himself, even after he made a fool of himself in front of the guys, even after Kaitlyn told him he needs to go…he takes a swig of his drink and then says he doesn’t want to go home.

So much for that camera time loss, Kupah takes it another notch because you know how they do their interview rejections, he took it up a few notches by screaming like an ass, making claims, how yes he was upset he didn’t get a rose, blah blah blah.

Of course now the rose ceremony will filter into the next week and my guess is that Tony will probably be salvaged and get a rose because Kupah basically assed himself out.

Married At First Sight – Cohabitation and Happy New Year

Ryan D. and Jaclyn

jaclyn-ryan-ranellone-married-at-first-sight-season-2

After Ryan and Jaclyn were able to establish a living situation, they consummated their relationship. However, this relationship didn’t start off as a romantic one.

When those doors opened up it was similar reaction to Jamie when she married Doug. Not a very happy one. And even though Jaclyn said, “I do”, inside she was screaming, “I don’t”. Makes me wonder why women continue to just say yes to something where they really want to say no.

Anyway, getting back to this couple, because they are reality television, I’m sure they had to sign some kind of disclosure saying they would stick with this for the next six weeks and even though a honeymoon can make everything exciting, reality is what sets in when the vacation is over and real life steps in.

For this couple things seems to be getting off on a good foot, however, because of Jaclyn’s very possessive and strong attitude, it seems that she tries to castrate Ryan by playing the man role too, instead of just letting Ryan be the man in the relationship.

Behavior like this for me is when someone is really not that into you and will play the role of, “let’s be buddies and hang out and get to know each other.” I think they had a show like this on Bravo who followed couples that were best of friends but one of them was secretly into the other….I don’t know whatever happened to that show. Bravo goes through shows, like ATL Housewives go through hair weaves.

I’ve been known to go out on dates with guys that I was not interested in and would take over the conversation to ensure that this will not go any further and they will remain in the friend zone. Since I don’t like to play games, rest assured, it ended that night when the date was over.

Ryan lived with his family and extremely close to them. Due to the loss of his sister and then his brother in law, he was raising his niece, basically stepping in as the parents this little girl lost. Having to make a move and be away from his family, Ryan was definitely going through withdrawal but seemed ready to make the compromise and sacrifice to co-habitat with his new wife.

For Jaclyn, who seemed to struggle with the new man in her life, started to see a different side of Ryan once they began to get their house in order.

While I agree with Dr. Joseph, there is a side of yourself you have to let go in order to allow someone in your life, you also have to do it with common sense. Just because a doctor told you that this is your ideal mate it doesn’t mean that’s necessarily true.

I think what is lacking in this relationship like the rest of the cast is the courting which seemed to take place with Cortney, Jason, Doug and Jamie. They all were very committed to making their relationships work which included romance.

I’m not really seeing that with this couple…for now at least. Jaclyn is a very outspoken woman and you know sometimes, guys don’t like that. While they like women who exude strength they certainly don’t like to look like an idiot.

New Year’s day, visiting her family, she made it a point to share that under no circumstances she wants to have a child after 35. And not saying this in private but saying this in front of her family.

I think in relationships, there are certain conversations you should have in private and not in front of family members. This was definitely not topic of discussion saved for family and friends.

Davina and Sean

davina-sean-married-at-first-sight-season-2

The team of experts paired Davina and Sean on the main commonality that they were both bullied while growing up. Davina lives and owns an apartment in New York, which Sean owns a house in New Jersey. Both have agreed that for now living separate during certain days of the week while Sean goes to work, will just have to work for the time being. Even though Davina doesn’t like this idea, this is something that she’s temporarily dealing with only to appease Sean.

Here’s another couple with a situation where one loves living in New York while the other isn’t really having it. I think once someone lives in New Jersey and becomes accustomed to living a certain lifestyle, who really wants to live in the hustle of New York. If the man has to drive into work, who wants to drive back and spend an enormous amount of money for parking? Not ideal for New York City living.

Davina isn’t willing to make a compromise.

Sean made a private call from Dr. Joseph regarding their relationship how the chemistry was initially strong to now a friendship level of relationship.

While Dr. Joseph informs Sean to not be hard on himself on his feelings and anxiety, he should find understanding on himself and be accepting of what he’s feeling and find a solution through it.

I think Dr. Joseph is right, BUT, let’s be real here….I mean, this is reality television isn’t it?

Davina comes from a culture where most relationships are arranged, therefore there isn’t really a pursuit or courting. However, Davina who is Americanized and has exposure to American culture understands what is means to be courted or romanced. At least that is what we are taught. Just tune in to, “Say Yes to the Dress”, that’s all you hear and quite honestly that’s what women want. So what happens when you meet someone and marry them at first sight? Where is the romance? Sounds like a repeat of Ryan R. and Jaclyn.

Ryan D. and Jessica

mafs-s2-e2-ep-nav-474x268-alt-img

Now this couple, I questioned on every episode. They did have sex the first night and I’m sure they plenty of sex during the honeymoon, but after the honeymoon, everything changed and things got pretty serious and pretty nasty in a matter of three short weeks.

Jessica is not a girl who communicates her feelings at all. She says she cooks but she doesn’t cook, she says she wants closet space but she doesn’t express that, she says the kitchen will always be clean but gets a nasty response in return. He gets angry because she irons on the bed, she’s tired of sushi, she’s mad because he took their wedding money for himself, oh and let’s forget how he thinks pierces are nasty or tacky and she took out her Monroe piercing to “make a change” but yet he has a shit load of tattoos. What the fuck?

Ryan is very ghetto when he talks to her and Jessica seems to get shut out when she does. They continue to have big arguments and even after celebrating New Years Eve together as a couple, I didn’t see a loving couple at all.

It’s almost as if when everything is good, it’s really good, but just for the time being and when everything is bad, it’s really bad.

So far the last few episodes ending with Happy New Year so far isn’t happy for all of the couples.

#TheBachelorette Season 11 E 2 The Decision @ChrisBHarrison @kaitlynbristowe

The Bachelorette Part II

the-bachelorette-recap-kaitlyn-wins-men-s-votes-britt-feels-embarrassedWhen Chris Harrison approached Britt, he was the bearer of bad news telling her that she was not chosen to be the Bachelorette and it was time for her to go home.

When Kaitlyn came into the room, you can see some of the men were excited and some were masking their faces really well.

Ian who was there for Kaitlyn from the beginning will probably not last very long.

Joshua, who’s a welder made a rose for her will probably not last every long either since he lives on a farm and we already been there done that.

Chris Harrison pulls out the First Impression rose and then of course all the men step up their game.

Tony who’s completely perplexed, because he came for Kaitlyn but then changed his mind and voted for Britt, wasn’t sure how to proceed.

Jared who initially was interested in Kaitlyn and then changed his mind and voted for Britt was forthcoming with Kaitlyn in telling her who he voted for. Kaitlyn then comes to the realization that there are men who are probably not there for her. Helloooooo?!?

Jonathon who voted for Britt also didn’t have a problem sticking around for Kaitlyn and basically said in so many words he had to rearrange with his emotions. Really? I mean come on. Be honest. This is all about staying on television. Another one that won’t last.

Chris the dentist wasted no time planting a kiss on her after his cupcake entrance, even though just before then, JJ seemed to win over Kaitlyn emotionally.

bachelorette-shawn first imprression roseAnd with much effort of the dentist, he didn’t garner the first impression rose, Shawn did and was able to plant no one but two long kisses from Kaityln who was obviously very much into him.

Now for the first Rose Ceremony. Kaitlyn handed the roses as follows:

Chris (the dentist)
Ben H.
J.J.
Joe
Kupah (voted for Britt)
Daniel (voted for Britt)
Ryan B.
Joshua
Tony (voted for Britt)

In the middle of the ceremony, Brady stops the ceremony and ask Kaitlyn if he can speak to her. While all the men are freaking out thinking that Brady is trying to get his way of getting a rose, she comes back to inform the guys that Brady has chosen to leave because his heart was with the woman who left a few hours ago.

After talking with Chris Harrison and asking him to help him get together with Britt, he leaves saying, “The risk of love, whatever the consequence, is always, always worth it.”

The ceremony continued on….

Who went home:

Carpool guy, Stripper guy, and other not memorable guys walking out of the mansion.

The highlights were interesting. As you can try and guess who she’s with what looks like one on one dates with Clint, Ben Z., Jared, Shawn but then something changes, when Nick. V. from the Andi season comes in and it seems the way she says his name that she’s been with him before. However, it doesn’t seem as though she didn’t have sex with him but with someone else.

Maybe Chris Harrision was right. Maybe this will be the most dramatic season yet.

@KEMTopTalk Radio Show w/guest Indie Filmmaker Robert Perez Highlights 3/24/15

Tkemtoptalk-logoLG600his week’s show definitely had a different flavor. It can’t be all about sex. Well some of it was of course, this is KEMTopTalk.

Robert Perez, indie filmmaker and comedian shared his experience in the independent film industry and his projects. One he shared with me which was quite hilarious called Herb the Cannibal Perv – a twisted take on sex, women and cannibalism. Now while we discussed that some may not find it funny, the point to Robert’s types of films is to make it ridiculous and over the top therefore finding the humor in something that people don’t find typically humorous (in real life that is)

While everyone is obsessed with zombies wouldn’t that be the same thing?

Nelson from WTFtv joined in on the call who was also in Robert’s film shared his thoughts on what it takes to film indie films and they are not as easy as anyone think they may be. In other words, don’t go running to pick up a Galaxy and think you’re going to film the next big feature indie film.

Robert was a fantastic guest! Check out his youtube feature here: https://youtu.be/wSS6s_82EHU

And for more on Robert you can search him on youtube: VariationOnFilms  Facebook https://www.facebook.com/VariationsOnFilm?fref=ts

Jorge joined in for the second half of the show as he and I discussed the whoa’s of reality television shows, Real Housewives of Atlanta starring Nene Leakes and the walking out of her own therapy, Pheadra and pending divorce from Apollo, Kandi and her not so nice pre-marital agreement and her shitting Kandi Coated NIghts show…etc. More on Kim and her fake sobriety, and Brandi Glanville running out of friends.

Honorable mentions: Sybian, Danny Blaq, Planet12Law, Howard Stern, George Takei, Moe The Monster, Angelo Lozada and Edwin Pagan.

The video I talked about on my radio show is here for your viewing pleasure 🙂 From T and A Flicks here is Final Notice starring Angel Lozada and directed by Sonia Gonzalez-Martinez: https://youtu.be/oLoWzLXagBQ

Thanks to Nelson Torres @WTFtv for joining in and Jorge on sharing his thoughts on the reality shows discussed on the show.

The fun sexual inudendo words today were “Pin” and “Plug”

My Final Thoughts #TheBachelor #FarmerChris E-I-E-I-O @c_soules

Why Chris Soules picked the Producers Choice

While Bachelor Nation is brain washed into believing that The Bachelor/Bachelorette final picks are real, there are a small portion of us and probably includes Reality Steve who aren’t buying into the Bachelor love story so easily.

Anyone who has watched Season 19 intently wondered why Chris sent Britt packing, kept Carly all of this time, got rid of Kimberly after giving her a chance in the first episode and who seemed like a good potential of someone that Chris can really get to know, got rid of Samantha over Kelsey, the list goes on. Most importantly, choosing pushy Whitney over Becca, who seemed to have the most potential in a long lasting relationship and Becca who seems to have a good head on her shoulders was right in keeping the pace in what a relationship should be instead of rushing things.

Chris Soules was one of the final four from the Andi season. One of the most popular bachelors and I use that term loosely as we can only go by what Chris Harrison is being told to say on these shows, like “hashtag” BachelorNation.

Of course you can’t fault the marketing department, after all, they are just doing their job like any other company has the right to do so, however, why I don’t believe that Chris made the right choice is broken down as so:

carly and chrisCarly and Chris

From the moment that Carly stepped out of that limo with the karaoke machine was a sign that Chris should have sent her packing. Even when she went on further to talk about investing two years in a relationship with a man that did not touch her was a clear sign Carly had a lot to sort through. Forget Juelia who was bawling over the suicide of her husband, an obvious sign that Juelia was not ready to be in a relationship but Carly? Really? I mean what woman stays in a relationship with a man who refuses to be intimate with her. This creates all sorts of low self-esteem issues that would need to be resolved before moving on to another relationship. As the season droned on, the true colors of Carly emerged when she realized Britt had a better relationship with Chris than she did (I mean forget everyone else who had a better relationship with Chris too). If she had pulled the veil from her eyes, she would have seen she and Chris really didn’t have anything but a great friendship.

getty image chris and kimberlyKimberly and Chris

While Kimberly and Chris didn’t last but an episode, I had to include her as I felt some type of empathy there for her. Here is a woman, self-employed, a yoga teacher, spiritual, living in NYC and ready to make a move with her life and her love life. She was beautiful and well put together. So why didn’t Chris keep her? Simple. Why keep a woman that’s put together. #ProducersCut

bachelor-britt-week-6Britt and Chris

For a while during the episode, Britt looked like the clear cut winner. Even during group dates while not garnering the rose all the time, she did get the first rose, the first kiss and the episode when Chris whisked her away to the Big and Rich show was enough to put Britt on the hate list but enough for the audience watching to think, this was it. Chris found love and he found it with Britt. It didn’t end there when Carly realizing she’s watching love bloom and it wasn’t with her but with Britt decided to feed into a childlike tantrum and tell Chris that Britt is not really that into him and she lied about wanting to live in Arlington. Not a nice thing to do especially when it comes to game of love. I don’t know anyone with common sense that would want to be with anyone by deception instead of just having the person be with you because they want to. And look, you gotta have a lot of balls to want to live in a town filled with nothing but farm land. Tell me how many people want to make that type of move? You can’t fault people for that. But you can be truthful and say, I love you but I’m not sure about this life but I’m willing to give it a chance.

While there’s still a part of me that feels Britt was trying to, as they say in Real Housewives of Atlanta, she may have been on the ‘come up’, I really believe that outside of the farm life, Britt would have been the idea wife because she bought another side to Chris that he probably never realized he had inside himself, to have fun and enjoy life.

jade and chris

Jade and Chris

While Chris’ sister’s thought that Jade was the ideal woman for Chris, I just didn’t see the connection. Had she told Chris in episode 2 or 3 that she was hottie nudie in Playboy he definitely wouldn’t have given her the rose and maybe keep Kelsey. LOL – Jade reminded me of Jen Scheft, a bit boring. Jen was chosen by Andrew Firestone and while that relationship lasted but a hot minute, he ended up marrying a woman that was similar to Jen Scheft. LOL

bachelor-becca

Becca and Chris

Chris definitely let an opportunity of love and stability go when he choose Whitney over Becca. Becca had common sense; there wasn’t urgency for love and marriage. She’s preserved her virginity for someone who’s deserving of it and I totally get that. Relationships are tough, being with someone and making all sorts of compromises isn’t easy. Chris is not an old man and clearly having a relationship with Becca would have bought upon a foundation that not many have when seeking love in reality television. Sure she didn’t have that pushy attitude like Whitney did, desperate to be in a relationship, rushing to have children to fit into a timeline of what women think life should be. She tied in with his family very well and father knows best when he said that Chris really wanted Becca. Love is a funny thing. Becca seems more reserved and careful with her choices and while that may have cost her a relationship with Chris, I liked how she handled herself in the women tell all. She didn’t fall apart even though she was hurt. Clearly Becca knows Chris isn’t the last man on earth and I’m sure she will find someone worthy of her.

chris-soules-and-whitney-bischoffWhitney and Chris

Where do I begin? I didn’t like Whitney from the start for a variety of reasons. Pushy, desperate, annoying chatty voice, telling people what they want to hear, etc. etc.

What woman does that? A woman solely in interested in herself and no one else.

Any woman with self-esteem knows what she wants without forcing any relationship. Why didn’t she leave an impression with Chris’ sisters the first time around? Yet here she was as the final two and boy were his sister’s singing a different tune. Whitney gave them everything they wanted to hear. She was the lead singer, the choir and the back up singer.

It’s relationships like that that make me question when seeking love what does the ideal wife look like in America’s eyes?  Does she look like Whitney? Career minded, super charged and self-absorbed. Does she go around acting like the bell of the ball?

It seemed to Chris’ family based Whitney she as the guaranteed relationship” because Becca held back and wanted to build something before saying “I do”.

Hello? Doesn’t every one do that?

“Hi, nice to meet you, let’s get married” (wait that’s another show but they’re completely different)

(BTW notice this smirk pictures of Whitney when Chris escorted Kaitlyn out. What does that tell you? A woman definitely just as cattie as Carly. No different just in a sneaky way.)

whitney-smirking

whitney-smirking2

whitney-smirking3

What the fuck is that all about? There’s a time and a place for every step of love. I truly believe that. And while Becca wanted to take her time, what did Whitney say when Chris Harrison asked her is she moving to Arlington. Did you catch that pause on how they are just taking it slow…. #contradiction – Was it because the family was so gun-ho that he put a ring on it. UGH! AND in #BachelorNation it’s all about the ratings. Hurry up and get married and make us look good.

I wonder how much longer does this show have to be on the air. I mean will it surpass my life? Is this the new way to meet people?

Furthermore, why does society frown upon someone like Britt but found Jillian to be acceptable? Britt is gorgeous and with that type of natural beauty that I believe people will envy (yes I do think that Britt is beautiful). People are such haters. They make you feel like you don’t deserve better because of it. #Jealousy

What about the career women? Does a career make or break the reputation of a woman? Will a man choose a woman who’s not as career minded out of fear that she won’t be there to take care of him?

As the owner of an Adult publication and working with people in the Adult sector, I have to tell you from early on, men who I was remotely interested would send me pictures of their ass and dick thinking this is what I am looking for. When I tell them (in my most kind voice), “look we’re not on the same page”, then I would be called uptight.

WTF? OH I’m sorry am I supposed to be a slut because I own a sex magazine? Who’s the close minded asshole?

Look, a person’s career should not define who they choose to love and HOW they choose to love that person. Anyone who works in the Adult sector are not just looking for sex [in their personal life] unless that’s exactly what they want and made it a point to say, yes I’m looking for sex and that’s it.

There’s not much common sense left in the world. Sad but true.

As for my final note on Chris Soules, I don’t believe this relationship with Whitney will last. It will go down in #BachelorNation history as a good season of crazy women, faux panic attacks, booty shorts, virgins, women who don’t shower, and a man who lives on a farm.

E-I-E-I-O

Until then.

Loves and Hugs,

The Bachelor @C_Soules Hometown Dates – Bye Britt :-( AND Carly (YAY)

021615-bachelorbecca1stdateContinuing from last weeks episode, Chris has a one on one date with Becca who I believe he will wind up with in the end. She still has not told Chris that she is a virgin and has never been intimate with any man whatsoever. She tells Chris that she was in a relationship that was on and off but that she had never been in love with him or in love with anyone else for that matter which seems to take Chris aback. Fear perhaps? This is a grown woman who has never felt love for any man. (Three cheers for Becca for not falling for BS and standing her ground.) Back at the hotel,

Britt sits with the girls and ask them what they’re chatting about and Whitney says that they’re talking about Becca and what could be going on on their date and about last night which clearly was not the starring role for Britt. Britt confesses to the girls that she believes in her heart that she is going home and that she’s not going to get a rose so she packed up her things in preparation to leave however if there is a chance that Chris will choose her then she will stay.

That leaves Carly asking a bunch of questions and making sarcastic and antagonizing statements which only upsets Britt even more because Carly feels if Britt is not in the picture that will put her one level up which I don’t believe it will. The evening has dawned upon them for the rose ceremony.

Chris Harrison comes into the room and tells the ladies that there will be no cocktail hour and will go straight to the rose ceremony. Britt has already packed up her things with the intention of telling Chris that she has no plans on staying feeling as though because he gave Kaitlyn the rose after she had put her heart out there. Feeling as though is he worthy of meeting her family coupled with her heart may not be in the right place, she stops the rose ceremony and asks Chris if she can talk to him.

Even though she knows that having put her foot in her mouth, I can understand why she did what she did. What is the point of standing around in a rose ceremony knowing that you’re not going to get a rose when you just might as will say goodbye and get it over with. I think Kaitlyn is an idiot for even making a statement that she made that Britt should just grin and bear it. Why? Perhaps this is the closure Britt wants so she can leave.

I’m surprised even Kaitlyn made it this far also. During their private time while Britt and Chris were talking over each other and nobody was really listening to each other instead of Britt just telling Chris that it was not going to work out for either of them, they come a silence.

43-bachelor-week-7bAnd in that silence it is mutual  that this relationship is over and he walks her out leaving her hysterical crying. All the other girls seem to be empathizing except for Carly, who’s smiling and gloating at Britt’s pain. Chris now heads back to the ladies for the rose ceremony before hometown dates and the ladies that are left standing are Becca, Carly, Whitney, Kaitlyn and Jade.

Before he hands out the roses, he makes a statement that he wants to thank those who have addressed that Britt was being a phony. Huh? If that is the case why did he spend so much time with her and even taking her away from the other ladies to the big and Rich concert for which they were gone for more than an hour while he left all of them waiting and gave Britt a rose that night. Why did he just say earlier in the episode that she was the one he can see being married and having children? Talk about can conflict.

The roses were disbursed as following: Whitney Becca Jade BWAAhAaaaHa. And Carly? Kicked to the curb. Just as she should have been from the moment she came out of the limo with her toy. Continuing on with the episode the first hometown date he has is with Becca who is extremely excited to see him and excited to meet her family as well as she is excited to have him meet her family.

Here are some pictures I took from my television of Carly in the limo clueless as to why Chris let her go. The part of “what’s wrong with me I always end up in the same exact place” got me…what is wrong with her? Where do I begin? Her nasty attitude, the lies she made up to make herself look good, the green eyed monster. Who would want to see her as the next Bachelorette, raise your hands? I thought so. As a woman no one likes to be around nasty, jealous women who will throw them under the bus at the first chance they act upon their insecurity.

pathetic carly2 pathetic carly3 carly pathetic1Speaking of throwing people under the bus, hometown dates are strange because family members will say things that will also throw that person under the bus and ruin potential relationships with the bachelor or bachelorette. Becca’s sister pulls Chris’s side (you know that “private” chat) to tell him that Becca has never been intimate with a guy as far as holding hands or being affectionate and that she had seen them holding hands and she didn’t pull away which was a first. After having a conversation with her mom I don’t think that Chris is deterred from how he feels towards Becca.

Their date ends on a ferris wheel right before he tells her,  “I’m going to take you home with me”. I don’t know if that meant the ferris wheel ride or Arlington. Understand my confusion as he just mentioned the day before how he wanted to ride under the sunset with Britt. On his hometown date with Whitney it was all about her and her career and herself and how fabulous she is.

I guess it’s okay to toot your own horn except when your desperate.  I think shows should show a red flag for Chris because why would she leave that life? Nope! Why would he see that? On their way to meet her family he says he wants to be able to talk to someone to get their blessing I don’t know why he told her that because I don’t believe that he will choose Whitney in the end. At the same time…wow.

Was a choice made already? He eventually asked Whitney’s sister for her blessing and she was very forward and telling him that until she is the last girl standing he should wait to ask that question. She will not give her blessing otherwise. Good point. Despite the situation that is created around the bachelor I don’t believe that Whitney has fallen in love with Chris.

I think it’s just the surroundings and the circumstances where you have a bunch of women pursuing one man that makes one believe that they are in love with them without having them live the realities of life outside of the cameras. But Whitney loves the cameras.

On the hometown date with Kaitlyn she meets him from what looks like a seedy part of Phoenix, Arizona but it was actually a place where there’s a studio and they decided to record a rap song which was pretty bad. I’m not sure who comes up with these strange date ideas. While the family settings seem to the usual boring scene, after dinner Kaitlyn takes Chris to an advertising street sign where she placed Kaitlyn loves Chris.

Which I think is pretty awesome nice way to tell somebody that you love them not that it’s never been done before. An advertisement sign that overlooks the whole street is a big deal. On his hometown date with Jade in Gering, Nebraska, while everything seems to be going fine on the outside, Jade still has concerns because she had pose nude for Playboy and still has not told Chris.

Chris makes inquiries through her family members about Jade and they’re all pretty much saying the same thing. They all seem to express concern that Jade is not ready to settle down, she’s a wild girl, etc. it’s stuff like that that maybe your family should not be sharing with a potential life partner. When Jade took him back to, I’m gathering, her hotel room where she was staying while in Nebraska, she shared with him her secret about posing for Playboy and while Chris seem to have taken it in stride I knew that was the last nail that locked the coffin and the rose ceremony proved it. Was anyone surprised?

I was surprised that, she too, lasted for as long as she did. I believe the only reason why she had surpassed rose ceremony after rose ceremony was because his sisters had chosen her for his one on one, probably thinking they see something he hasn’t seen in her.

Look, if your dick doesn’t get hard and your pussy doesn’t get wet, that should be enough to tell you they ain’t the one. While he made it a point to tell her that his decision was not based on what she told him but more based on the relationships that he has developed with the other women, begs the question how much of a relationship does he really have with Becca?

While I believe Becca is the ideal woman for him, how long did it take for him to establish a relationship with her. In the whole spectrum of looking at the last four ceremonies he has had more of a connection with Britt than any other girl including Whitney.

I really felt for Jade but again I cannot see her settling down on some farm with Chris.

All in all this episode was extremely boring. The hometown dates were just the usual family gatherings with a family member pulling Chris’s side saying  “let’s have some one-on-one time”.

Bye Jade. We all saw that one coming. Really? Could you see her family looking at her with the same eyes the day they were all in Arlington knowing that she was naked in a magazine. People are so hard up. If Chris had real feelings for her and tossed them aside for the sake of conservative modesty, he made a big mistake. Oh did you notice those tears that Chris shed when he said goodbye to Jade. I didn’t see him cry for anyone like that.

Until then.

Loves and Hugs,

The Bachelor @C_Soules Bachelor @chrisbharrison Deadwood South Dakota E8

Deadwood, South Dakota

britt-nilsson-madI was listening to Howard Stern the other day, where Robin Quivers was talking about how the episodes of the bachelor especially this season has been ending somewhat on a cliffhanger, i.e the Kelsey faux panic attack.

Where all of the episodes have always ended with the rose ceremony with previews of the upcoming weeks episode, it seems that some of the episodes the rose ceremony has filtered in to the next weeks episode.

In episode eight the show begins with the rose ceremony, since the day before Chris happy to on one date with Ashley and Kelsey and said goodbye to both of them.

Britt inquires as innocently as she can, regarding why he decided to let go of them. Whereas Carly was too much on the bandwagon to cheer both Kelsey and Ashley off, since she’s had her date with Chris she is convinced that she will be the last girl standing.

Before Chris begins the rose ceremony, he asked Megan if they can have a chat. I don’t care what anyone tells me, when someone says, “let’s have a chat”. It’s almost not a good thing. Apparently this short chat leads to the conclusion that Megan will no longer be a part of the rose ceremony as he said goodbye to her.

What I don’t understand is that Chris makes a comment on how brutal break ups are. And how sad he was to see her go and how it was tearing him apart. So if he felt such a strong connection with her why get rid of her if anything I think that Chris made a very big mistake in letting her go. Who he should’ve had that conversation with was Carly. I believe he has zero connection with her and for some reason she just keeps making the cut.

When Chris returns it is obvious that Megan was sent home. And the girls are thinking well since Megan is cut that she that there will be no rose ceremony. That’s when Chris Harrison comes in and chimes on the champagne glass that they will be a rose ceremony.

Now they’re all convinced that Carly will be the one to be cut because she seems to be the least likely candidate to wind up with Chris. And during her interview it is clear that she spazzing out with all the tears and the crying that he’s an easy person to love.

As Chris Harrison and Chris walk away, Chris informed him that he does not want to have a rose ceremony because he has feelings for all of the women therefore relieving all of them of a nightmare ceremony and guess where the next stop is on their journey for love….that’s right. In Carly’s words, “we’re going to Arlington”.

b83a7b20-97be-0132-447c-0ebc4eccb42fSo when Chris makes the announcement to the ladies there will be no rose ceremony because he has feelings for all of them, he announces they’re going to God’s country. Carly is the first one to jump and grab him on top of him. As far as I’m concerned this dumb bitch got a reprieve.

They land in Des Moines Iowa, and as they are hollering what a beautiful city it is, I don’t think they realize this is not the farm life Chris has talked about time and time again.

The date card comes in and Britt reads the card hoping she gets the one on one and instead it goes to Jade. Britt who has invested much of her emotions in her relationship with Chris is upset.

Carly,on the other hand, was gloating that Britt did not get the date card because she feels that Britt has had enough time with Chris. Stupid. It’s women like Carly that give good women a bad name.

Jade is in the car on her way to Arlington has concerned look as the road changes from city life to farmland on either side.

My question is is that when did Chris become attracted to Jade? If it were not for his sisters choosing her for the one on one, I think Jade would have gone home a long time ago. Also as a cosmetics vendor, unless she’s leaving her career behind, how much can she ‘vendor’ in Iowa.

You could see the discern growing in her face as she looks on either side of the road and realizes she’s in the in the middle of nowhere. Not for nothing if it was me I would be in the lead because I can’t stand being around people or having neighbors so for me this would be the ideal life.

jade-roper-elimination-thumbSo while Jade is stuck with the scenery of just farm, back at the hotel in Des Moines, Britt is talking about all of the stuff that Jade gets to see that she’s not getting to see and how important it is to her and Carly continues to gloat that Britt was not the one that was chosen for the date. When the second date card comes in and Whitney is called out Britt once again is let down. Now I’m confused. Wasn’t Britt the one that Chris whisked away to the Big and Rich show. When they’re together in a group setting you almost forget there are other women on the group date. So why Whitney? What made Whitney different? Was it because he was unsure of her being that she has this career as a fertility specialist? Not sure.

Back on the one to one, Chris meets up with Jade and shows her his place and then off sightseeing as they walk around the desolate town. Chris offers a nervous laughter as they stroll because there’s nothing there. Most small businesses are closed which was really sad.

As the day turned to night, Chris took her to a high school football game and to her surprise, Jade got to meet Chris’s parents. Although the conversation wasn’t long I’m almost sure if Britt knew what was going on with this date she would be none too happy.

Here are some of my questions as I was watching this episode.  Every girl chosen has a career in this season of the bachelor well except for Britt and Carly. In this situation considering that Chris lives on a farm, is he asking any of these women that they would possibly have to give up their career and take on a career of farming?

I’m not too sure.

Whitney who has a very big head about herself, is she willing to give up her career in being a fertility specialist for a living on a farm? I mean you’re living in a place where populations 400 I’m pretty sure that none of those people living there are having any babymaking problems.

While Jade had a successful time with Chris. It looks like she will be getting a rose especially since he already had plans on having Jade meet his parents while at the football game.

The next day, as Jade discusses her date with Chris and tells them that she met Chris’s parents, brings Britt to tears and Carly during her interview comments that Britt thinks is the bachelorette. I’m not sure what’s in Carly’s head but she also thinks it’s the bachelorette. Her over the top attitude definitely shined in this episode. Talk about a big head. Isn’t this the same woman that came in with a mini karaoke machine? The same one that didn’t win the singing contest? When did she start hating Britt? Oh when she realized that Chris is not that into her.

Moving onto the one on one date with Whitney who’s forcing this relationship for a variety of reasons one of them being that she’s 29 years old and women who are at that age feel like they are getting old rapidly and so are their eggs. I can see her giving up a lot to be with Chris, however, I don’t think that her feelings are sincere and at the end of the day she will not be happy.

carly-the-bachelorMeantime back at the “lab”. Carly suggest that they should go on a road trip to Arlington and Britt doesn’t think it’s a good idea. But instead of listening to her better judgement she goes on the expedition with them. They seemed really excited at first, screaming their heads off but once they started approaching Arlington and see on either side of them nothing but farmland was when the mood changed and all was quiet in that SUV.

The girls are arrive at Arlington and they find nothing in the town. All had the same discerning face Jade did when she arrived in Arlington.

Carly sees a Methodist church and convinces herself the picture of Jesus hanging on the wall inside the church was an exact replica of what her grandparents owned. Of course this was a sign she belongs there and she should be raising her children there. I don’t like disputing signs but in the case of Carly it just means this Jesus picture has been reprinted a number of times and you’ll probably find it in a number of homes.

Back on the Whitney date, she throws the comments to Chris’ friends on how she feels that she belongs there. What? It’s amazing how these women make assumptions that they visit a town that they are dating a guy on the bachelor so to speak and right away they feel that they belong in that town. Because Whitney has not experienced Arlington herself she speaking out of turn.

She also lives in Chicago, that is a big jump from living in Arlington. She seems to be a person who enjoys the spotlight and clearly she’s enjoying this spotlight a bit too much if you ask me. When his friends asked her if she had any hesitations, I think she lied through her teeth and said everything they all wanted to hear. This was not somebody that Chris’s sisters had chosen for his one on one when they had visited the house. I think that speaks volumes they had big Jade, But that doesn’t mean that she’s right for him too.

Britt, I’m on the fence with because she seems to be sincere but then there’s another part of her where she seems to be just acting like she really wants all of this but she doesn’t. Carly had made a comment that Britt did not like Arlington and could not see herself living there but when they were back at the hotel, Britt mention that she could see herself living in Arlington with Chris.*Carly rolls eyes*

Looking at the career that Britt is involved with is waitressing. That’s not to say that a waitress will take the first thing to get out of the job that she’s in clearly we all know that waitresses do not make a lot of money, however she is a bit overzealous of their relationship which makes me question the validity of her feelings towards Chris or his life style.

I like Britt a lot. But I’m not sure she is the right fit for Chris. Looking at Becca who has been the quiet one and cautious in her relationship with Chris she seemed to fit right  as I watched her walk around Arlington. She didn’t have that overwhelmed look.

Carly makes fun of Britt too much and she’s too overconfident that she will stick around. I don’t believe she will.

Whitney confides in Chris that her mom passed away from a routine procedure was she developed a blood clot clot and died instantly and that she has no relationship with her father so I’m not sure who he will be meeting on hometown dates considering that she’s chosen for one.  Some hidden issues in there, ya think.

Chris gives Whitney a surprise outside of the restaurant they were at, there was a mural of them looking like they were kissing similar to a picture that they took earlier with the whole crowd standing outside with cameras videoing the whole moment. I’m gathering with this permanent mural it would be funny if he picked Becca and that mural is stuck there until it’s painted over.

bachelor-whitneyThe next day Whitney is sharing the part of the date with the mural on the wall replicating one of the pictures that they took earlier and while Becca seemed genuinely happy for her Jade on the other hand has something that is weighing heavy on her mind which she shares with Carly that she did some nude modeling for Playboy.

On the ice skating date with Britt, Kaitlyn and Carly, Britt pulls Chris aside to let him know that they took a trip to Arlington and she tells him that at first she was concerned and then as the sun was setting when they were heading back and she looked into the cornfields she felt she could see herself there and she sounded beautiful.

So when Chris asked her can she see herself living there and she said yes I really can, as much as I like Britt, she was not coming from a sincere place. It was a very unsure, “yes I can be here with you”.  She was being completely phony. Now I don’t think that she is being phony about her feelings with Chris I think that her feelings for him are completely genuine, however, I think that she will lie that she is happy in Arlington just to be with him.

The end for her will be that she will want Chris to eventually move out of Arlington and probably move to Los Angeles to wish she lives and we all know how that would and if it came to that.

While Chris bought into Britt’s story, Chris seemed shocked to hear Britt say this, during his commentary interview that Britt is a woman he can see living in Arlington, marrying her and having children.

Carly, used her one on one time with Chris to tell him that Britt is a lair and mentioned she can never see herself living in Arlington which, of course, shocks Chris because Britt just told him she can see her life there with him. Hello Chris, wake up and smell the deception. Do you see a life with Carly? She should have been gone before the Arlington trip.

Now here is the deal, I don’t recall seeing anything on the show that she said those words. She could have but here’s my whole thing, if Britt really could not see herself living there, why would she tell the girls knowing that they can go back to Chris and tell him?

At dinner time, Chris pulls Britt aside to find out if she said the things Carly told him.

I think that Kaitlyn said it best, when she said that she believes that Britt is confused and that perhaps even though with best intentions she may not feel that this is the best decision for her that sooner or later Britt will wake up and smell the coffee and realize this is not the life that she wanted after all.

Even though Carly says the same thing, Carly is coming from a vindictive place because She is stuck in her fantasy that she is the best person for Chris.

I do not believe that Carly is the best person for Chris I think that Carly is a desperate woman who is also confused and probably needs therapy because no one that I know stays in a relationship for two years with somebody that doesn’t want anything to do with them physically.

After all his talks with the ladies Chris comes back and gives the rose to Kaitlyn. Britt, oh girl, this is the time where she needed to keep her mouth shut, goes on a tired of how she can understand why he gave Kaitlyn the rose…but why her?

screen-shot-2015-01-27-at-4-23-02-pmI also believe Kaitlyn is not a good fit for him either as a professional dancer I don’t know how long that of a career will last unless she’s willing to make that change. Yes could four hundred people have fun at the community center dancing…sure. But have any of these women thought anything through?

And I think that’s what this is about this is about Chris finding a woman who is willing to adapt and change her career all of the women left standing the only that I see this is within Becca. No one else.

Meanwhile when all are back at the hotel with Carly heading up the mean girls she makes a comment that Britt blew it opening up her mouth when Chris gave the rose to Kaitlyn and that she made an idiot out of herself.

And while Britt is crying her eyes out during her commentary interview, Carly is talking about how she’s gone and she’s gone   etc. etc.  too much gloating on Carly’s part.
